Protect Your Paint And Wash That Car

Okay, the obvious reason to wash your car is to keep it looking nice. We have all seen that one car with words written in the dirty back glass and none of us want to be that car. But down to the technical side of it is that dirt can hurt the paint over time. How it hurts the paint is that moisture is what causes dirt to stick on the car. Then as you drive down the road, the wind causes those tiny particles of dirt to slide against the clear coat creating abrasions. Over time those abrasions become larger until the clear coat begins to come off. When that happens, the same process begins to happen with the paint. And once that paint is down to the metal, the metal begins to rust. That creates a whole host of issues and a more costly one too. So don't pass up on washing your car, just do it.
