Mancy’s Italian Grill

Mancy’s Italian Grill will make you feel like you were whisked away to a trattoria in Italy. While the restaurant is relaxed and comfortable, the chefs take the menu very seriously. They make all their pasta and pizza by hand and utilize a slow simmering process to draw out all the best favors in their sauces. They feature eat-in dining, as well as private dining options and catering services.

At Mancy’s, you will never leave hungry, as the extensive menu features appetizers, salads, soups, pizzas, entrees, and desserts. Though you can’t go wrong with anything you choose off the menu, some of the popular items include the Vittelo Marsala, Lasagna Pinwheels, and the Cioppino. After your meal, browse Mancy’s bottle shop of fine wines, and take home an old favorite or something new to try.

Zia’s

It features all the classic Italian staples, including pizza, fresh pasta, fish, and meat options, all in a picturesque setting overlooking the Maumee River. Zia’s prides itself on being a restaurant designed for family and features specials and events throughout the week, such as wine down Wednesday and family game nights on Sundays. When you visit, be sure to check out house specials such as the Gamberri Mediterrano and the Bistecca al Funghi.

Sebastiano’s Italiano

Originally started by Sebastiano Cangilia as an ice cream shop, Sebastiano’s Italiano was converted to an Italian restaurant in late 2001. When it came time to retire, Cangilia decided to leave the restaurant with someone who loved food as much as he did, passing the location on to his most frequent regulars. One new owner grew up in Fostoria and knows what it takes to create the most authentic Italian dishes. The other became the new chef, finally fulfilling a dream of having a culinary career.

The menu features all your Italian favorites, including the make-your-own pasta entrees. You can choose from one of the multiple pizza options named after patrons’ favorite creations, go for a light pasta option such as Lemon Pesto Alfredo, or opt for a meat dish such as Mare e Monti or Pasta della Nonna.

Check out one of the Italian restaurants above the next time you are in the Toledo area to satisfy your cravings and enjoy a meal you will never forget.
