Bluewater Grille

Part of the Mancy Restaurant Group, this chain restaurant delivers high-end fish to Maumee, Ohio, where they prepare fantastic dishes to please the most discriminating palates. Bluewater Grille flies in fish daily from both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans so you always get the freshest seafood.

Start with some freshly shucked oysters on the half-shell, or some Ahi Tartare. Maryland style crab cakes, and Peking style calamari are two hot appetizers sure to please. The Yankee Clam Chowder is a classic New England style chowder with cream and fresh clams.

Entree specialties like Lake Superior Whitefish, sauteed with dried Michigan cherries, and Shiitake mushrooms are side by side with Miso Glazed Chilean Sea Bass with spinach, and a ginger soy sauce.

George’s Bank Sea Scallops can be sauteed in sherry butter, or panko-crusted, and fried. The baked stuffed flounder or the Stuffed Atlantic Salmon dishes are packed with flavor. You can also order up their Paella Valenciana, a decadent dish full of lobster, chicken, shellfish, rice, and vegetables.

Final Cut Steak & Seafood

Don’t let the name fool you. Yes, you can get a great steak at Final Cut, but the seafood is fresh and delicious. Located at the Hollywood Casino in Toledo on Miami Street, you can enjoy some excitement in the casino before relaxing over dinner.

Oysters on the half shell, chilled King Crab, chilled lobster, chilled shrimp, and Jonah Crab Claws are just a few of the appetizers you can start with at Final Cut. If you like your apps hot, the Crab Cakes with a spicy remoulade, or the braised pork belly with a plum glaze will get your taste buds humming.

Try the Sea Bass with a 5-spice coconut rice, bok choy, and finished with a Hoisin sake glaze. Or, taste the stunning flavor of Scallops in a Yuzu chili mustard cream sauce. The Butter Poached Maine Lobster served with sweet cornbread and asparagus risotto will make you pinch yourself.
